Based on the actual operating characteristics of loaders, HYWG has launched the 17.00 - 25 / 1.7 heavy-duty rim for 17.00 - 25 construction machinery tires , with an engineering design to meet the needs of long-term high-load operation.

17.00-25/1.7 is a 3PC structure rim for TL tires, commonly used in graders, wheel loaders, and general vehicles. We are the original rim supplier for Volvo, Caterpillar, Liebherr, John Deere, and Doosan in China.

17.00 is the nominal width of the rim , 25 is the rim diameter , and 1.7 is the rim structural strength grade , representing higher flange strength and overall rigidity, suitable for heavy-duty loaders, frequent loading and unloading, and complex road conditions.

HYWG's professional R&D team fully considered the instantaneous peak loads generated by the CAT 930K during loading, steering, and braking , and designed the rim to have a load-bearing capacity higher than that required under normal working conditions , providing sufficient safety margin and reducing the risk of structural fatigue .

Precise bead seat geometry, combined with reinforced flange height and thickness , effectively suppresses tire bead displacement, preventing uneven wear and premature failure .
