Connecting the tires to the powertrain and transmitting traction , the wheel rim transmits engine power to the tires via the driveshaft and axle , ensuring stable traction output , reducing power loss , and improving operational efficiency . Insufficient rim strength directly impacts traction performance.

The DW25X28 wheel rims designed by HYWG for Volvo tractors were developed specifically for their unique working performance.
DW25x28 is a new developed rim size which means there are not many rim suppliers having this in production, we developed DW25x28 requested by key customer who already has tire in place but need a new rim accordingly. Compared to standard design our DW25x28 has a stronger flange, which means the flange is wider and longer than other design. This is a Heavy Duty version DW25x28, it is designed to be applied by both Wheel Loader and Tractor, it’s a Construction Equipment and Agriculture rim.
DW25x28 is a newly developed wheel size, a special specification for heavy-duty rims. Compared to the standard design, our DW25x28 features a stronger flange, meaning the flange is wider and longer than other designs. With tires becoming increasingly stiff and subject to higher loads, our rims offer both high load capacity and ease of installation.
