What’s industrial rim?
Industrial rim is used a lot by many kinds of vehicles like boom lift, tractor, crane, tele handler, backhoe loader, wheel excavator etc. There are so many kinds of industrial rims therefore it’s hard to classify them. But most of them are 1-PC structure and size is below 25 inches. Since 2017 HYWG started to produce industrial rim because a lot of our OE customers have the demand. Volvo Korea asked HYWG to develop industrial rims for roller and wheel excavator. Zhongce Rubber group asked HYWG to develop industrial rims for boom lift. Therefore in 2020 HYWG opened a new factory in Jiaozuo Henan province to focus on industrial rim producrion, the annual capacity of industrial rim is designed as 300,000 rims per year. Industrial rims are assembled with not only standard pneumatic tire but also solid tire and polyurethane filled tire, the rim and tire solution depends on vehicle application. Lately the boom lift market in China has been booming, HYWG has developed full range of rims for boon lift equipments.
