What is OTR rim?
OTR rim so called off the road rim is the wheel rim for off the road vehicles like wheel loaders, dump trucks, graders, articulated haulers, dozers and other types of construction equpments, mining machines and industrial vehicles. The OTR rim is asselmbled together with OTR tires to take massive weight of vehicles and roll through rough conditions. How many kinds of OTR rims?
There are different kinds of OTR rims, defined by the structure it can be classified as 1-PC rim, 3-PC rim and 5-PC rim. 1-PC rim is widely used for many kinds of industrial vehicles like crane, wheeled excavators, tele-handlers, trailers. 3-PC rim is mostly used for graders, small & middle wheel loaders and forklifts. 5-PC rim is used for heavy duty vehicles like dozers, big wheel loaders, articulated haulers, dump trucks and other mining machines.
