The HYWG 19.50-25 / 2.5 rim is a high-strength rim specification designed for heavy-duty large wheel loaders, specifically designed for high-load, high-impact, and high-fatigue conditions.
The larger load-bearing surface and structural cross-section of the 19.50-25 / 2.5 rim, compared to narrower rim specifications, supports a wider tread, improves stability, distributes load more evenly, and reduces localized stress concentration.
The 2.5-inch thickness equals higher structural strength. Compared to 1.7 / 2.0 inch thickness, the 2.5 inch offers greater resistance to bending and shear deformation, making it less prone to deformation under high loads and instantaneous loading conditions, and significantly improving its ability to withstand impact and lateral loads.
For large load loaders or mining vehicles, this increased strength is fundamental.
