Using self-produced high-strength steel as the base material, the rim cross-section, welds, and key stress areas are reinforced, significantly improving impact and fatigue resistance.
Simultaneously, the rim surface undergoes sandblasting and electrostatic spraying, providing excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh operating environments such as humid and dusty conditions, and extending its service life.
